You Have A Choice For Technology Copywriting:

Continue down the technical copywriting and marketing road you're currently traveling...Or travel this road...

Dear Future Customer:

Are You looking for a Technology Copywriter skilled in Direct Response, Viral and Internet Marketing?

I'm certified - let's start with that - but I also have the industrial experience to compliment my certifications:

Certifications

Web CEO certified me as an Internet/Search Engine Marketer

HubSpot certified me as an Inbound Marketing Professional

Norwich University (the United States oldest, private military college), certified me as a graduate psychology professional

Motorola certified me as a Six-Sigma Blackbelt

The College of Dupage certifed me in creative writing, with its Associates degree

Aurora University certified me as a mathematician, with its Bachelor of Mathematics

Dale Carnegie Institute certified me as a Sales and Marketing Motivation Professional

ESI International (backed with George Washington University accreditation), certified me as a Project Management Professional

Completion of the Thirty Day Challenge program certified me as knowledgeable of Internet Marketing approaches

American Writers and Artists Institute certified me as knowledgeable of copywritng, with completion of their Accelerated, Masters and B2B copywriting programs ... complimented by several months of membership in Ben Hart's (direct response marketer and copywriter) inner circle.

Do you need someone who can write well?

I have been writing professionally for over 20 years.

Do you need someone to deliver on time and within scope?

I'm a project management professional, who has managed major IT projects

Do you need someone who understands marketing?

I had to when running my own IT consulting firm for 13 years, working with names like Allstate, United Airlines, and Discover Card. I'm also a HubSpot certified Inbound Marketing Professional, a Web CEO certified Search Engine Marketer, and a Dale Carnegie Institute graduate.

Do you need someone who can understand the target audience?

How about someone who has a masters’ degree in psychology (from the United States' oldest, private military college), and worked for five years with a government, mental health agency?

Do you need someone who can understand what 'research' means?

That's what you have when you do graduate work in psychology, or become a Motorola six-sigma black belt.

Do you need someone who understands technology?

I worked for a major telecommunications company (I.E. - Motorola cell phone division) for seven years – wearing a variety of hats (I.E. – website designer and builder, Six-Sigma black belt, technical writer, project manager, trainer, business analyst and software engineer)

Has anyone defined copywriting for you?

Legendary copywriter John Kennedy called it "salesmanship in print." Wiki calls it "the use of words to promote a person, business, opinion, or idea."  I say it's being a "persuasion artist for marketing communications."  You seek somone for "polished" marketing writing. Perhaps one who can trace their genealogy to the famous Tiffany Diamond?

Let's summarize in a simple equation:

Your Marketing Success (I.E. - White Papers, Case Studies, etc.) =

Experience with Software Technology in major firms

+  Sales and Marketing Experience running an IT firm

                 +  Creative writing experience

+  Knowledge of Inbound and Direct Response Marketing

Would you desire this for technology copywriting?

Technology Background

I used to run my own Information Technology consulting business for about 13 years.  As a computer scientist and software engineer, my expertise includes building and maintaining websites and servers at Motorola (cell phone division).  I don't have much of a technology learning curve.

Can you "really" write persuasive sales and marketing letters unless you have struggled with your own sales and marketing?  I struggled with my own technology consulting companies sales and marketing efforts for 13 years.

Complete Project Approach

I have graphic designers, web designers, web developers, and other copywriters - both locally and internationally - I can partner with.
